ATLANTA-Duke-Weeks Realty Corp. is beefing up its office leasing activity with the addition of two long-time Atlanta brokers. Chandler H. Spratlin and Robert M. Tardy have been named vice presidents of office leasing for the company’s Atlanta Office Group. The pair is responsible for the leasing of the firm’s 2.8 million Atlanta office portfolio.

Eighteen-year veteran Spratlin moved to Duke-Weeks from his position as a vice president of marketing in Taylor & Mathis’ Office Division. Tardy, who has been in the industry for 13 years, was previously director of leasing for Advantis Commercial Real Estate Services.
