"Twelve Twelve Hancock Street is a real jewel box in that it is strategically located, architecturally intriguing and offers covered parking for its tenants," says Conrad, who was assisted in the sale by senior vice president Paul. J. McCourt. Conrad negotiated the sale on behalf of Boston United Realty Corp. The 78-year-old building is currently home to several law firms and various agencies of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
