MediaMap will relocate into space previously leased by the Arthur D. Little consulting firm, which committed to 360,000 sf at the 770,000-sf complex, but then opted to stay put at its longtime home in Cambridge's Alewife section. The firm's decision, made by a new management team, shocked the real estate industry last year when it was first announced. ADL benefited by the tight office market, however, quickly securing tenants at higher rental rates than it initially agreed to pay the developer, O'Neill Properties.

Senior Associate Christopher T. Cuddy and Associate Charles P. Kavoogian of CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners represented MediaMap in the lease, while Steve Purpura of Trammell Crow acted on behalf of ADL. Trammell Crow has also been retained by O'Neill to sell the 37-acre property. A former Army installation, the sprawling development is expected to fetch upwards of $200 million.
