The parcel is at the intersection of Rancho Viejo Road and Paseo Espada. The buyer, Willow Partners, was represented by the Irvine-based senior housing group of Charles Dunn Co. The seller, Birtcher Senior Properties, was represented by the local office of Wesley Taylor.

The planned apartment complex has all the necessary permits and Willow Partners expects to begin construction early next year, according to the Charles Dunn brokers involved in the transaction.
