Pangea, a telecommunications company has signed a lease for 10,507 sf on the first floor of the 380,000-sf building. In addition, Reckson Associates Realty Corp. reports that Advanced Telecom Inc. has signed a lease for 5,814 sf of space on the fourth floor of its building. McCarthy O'Callaghan Co., of White Plains represented Pangea in its transaction with Reckson, while Aries, Deitch & Endelson Inc. of Hartsdale was the broker for Advanced Telecom.

The Reckson Metro Center was vacant for more than 10 years until Reckson completed a major upgrade of the property that included $15 million in construction and renovations. In less than a year, more than 300,000 sf of lease transactions have been closed at the property.
