Texas Land & Building Co., a Dallas development firm, owns Sam Houston Plaza. The four-building campus is located in the Greenspoint area off North Sam Houston Parkway, south of George Bush International Airport.
The new leases are All Bases Covered Inc., 13,449 sf; Superior Energy Services Inc., 9,907 sf, W.S. Nelson & Co., 5,743 sf; and W.H. Linder & Associates, 5,348 sf. Transwestern handles leasing and management of the Sam Houston Plaza, which has been recently renovated with new facades, updated lobbies, atriums, common areas and landscaping. Since those improvements, the project has attracted new tenants including Nortel Networks, Bair and Welscher law firm, Centex Homes, Townsend Tarnell and Quality Publishing. The plaza is owned by Texas Land & Building Co., a Dallas development firm.
