Half of the 74,000-sf facility, which is located on 8.33 acres, is office space and the remainder is light industrial manufacturing and research space. Under the terms of the sale-leaseback transaction, the property will be leased back to TransCore under a 15-year, bond-type net lease.

TransCore, headquartered in Harrisburg, PA, makes integrated turnkey hardware for intelligent transportation systems. The mixed-use structure was part of Amtech, a supplier of wireless data technologies such as radio frequency devices used in intelligent transportation systems, which TransCore acquired in June from a subsidiary of UNOVA Inc.

W.L Carey and its affiliates are one of the largest lessors of net leased corporate real estate in the country.
