MAV Development Inc. plans on building seven build-to-suit facilities varyingfrom 16,000 sf to 125,000 sf on the site, which fronts on I-275 andHaggerty Road.

The company wants to feature some offices and some research and developmentbuildings and one commercial pad site. Occupancy is anticipated for fall2001.Construction cost estimates are not available.
