All American, a distributor of glass, plastic and metal containers, will move its 102-employee operation to the new location from elsewhere in Miami. Beacon Station at Gran Park will ultimately total more than nine million sf of office, warehouse, distribution and showroom space on 900 acres.
Miami-Dade's Airport North/Medley submarket has been robust this year, according to Cushman & Wakefield. Rents for office-service/flex space are averaging $12.25 per sf. Earlier in the year, GTS Terminal leased 85,300 sf at Beacon Station and Tire Distributors signed for 52,600 sf.
