ORANGE COUNTY, CA--A locally based investment company has paid $10.1 million for a 134,518-sf multitenant industrial park in East Anaheim.

The park is roughly bounded by East La Palma, Hancock and Manaserro streets. It is more than 95% leased, according to the buyer, privately held Foremost Business Parks. Foremost was represented by the Irvine office of Voit Commercial Brokerage.

The seller, San Francisco real estate conglomerate Catellus, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
