ATLANTA-ABM Property Corp. paid Mitsubishi Electronics America $6.1 million or $30.5 per sf for the seller's distribution center in the commercially-hot Interstate 85 corridor's northeast market. BellSouth occupies the property on a long-term lease.
So far this year, AMB Property has bought more than 1.2 million sf of industrial space. The REIT's newest acquisition is in the commercially-hot I-85 corridor, Northeast market. The building has been renamed the Atlantic Distribution Center.
