RealCentric has secured agreements with Colliers International, A.W. Arendsee Real Estate, American Assets, Arden Realty, Amstar Group, Capital Growth Partners Inc., Commonwealth Partners, Dentt Properties, the Irvine Co., Janez Properties, Lomas Santa Fe Group, Miller Global, the Shidler Group, and Trammell Crow Co.

RealCentric provides a site for buyers, sellers and their representatives to research and conduct transactions on-line. "While San Diego is enjoying an unusually tight commercial real estate market, RealCentric has been successful in securing these key agreements and building market share momentum," says Tom van Betten, RealCentric's San Diego marketing director.

RealCentric lists more than 60 million sf of inventory in Los Angeles, where it has agreements with a number of commercial real estate leaders, including Arden Realty, Maguire Partners, Kilroy Realty Corp., J.H. Snyder and Douglas Emmett.
