The contract includes capital improvements in suchareas as lighting system, power, control systems andventilation and cooling systems, among other upgrades.
The project will produce annual savings of about $1.1million, with a payback of just fewer than 8 years,according to St. Paul-based Energy MastersInternational, a subsidiary of Xcel Energy.
