Regal Cinemas plans to open its Fox Tower 10 multiplex movie theater this Friday on the building's third floor. Earth-tone clothing chain Banana Republic plans to open its street-level location on the same day.
Office tenants are also opening up shop. The regional investment banking firm Sutro & Co. moved into the building a week ago. Portland-based Hoffman Construction, the general contractor for the development, moved into their space last weekend. Other companies will move in over the next few months.
