Kingwood Place Tenants Sign for Extra 18,003 SF for Expansions

HOUSTON-In a flurry of leasing activity at Kingwood Place office buildings, tenants renew leases, signing for an extra 18,003 sf for expansions. The activity includes a new 2,798-SF lease for Tenzer Corp

HOUSTON-Transwestern Commercial Services has negotiated a number of leases and lease expansions/renewals in the Kingwood Place office buildings in the Kingwood area, north of Houston.

The landlord, represented by Transwestern, is Kingwood Rockmead Operating Associates. In the 34,330-sf One Kingwood Place, Engineering Systems Inc. has signed a 6,017-sf expansion and renewal lease. In the 50,000-sf Two Kingwood Place, Agru-America Inc. is taking an extra 1,280 sf in an expansion and renewal contract. In the 53,903-sf Three Kingwood Place, the Coucours Group is renewing a lease and adding 9,669 sf for an expansion. And in the Four Kingwood Place, a 2,798-sf new lease was signed by Tenzer Corp. coupled with a 1,037-sf expansion and renewal pact with the Texas Retirement Plan.
