The 108,000 square foot building has 32-foot ceilings and cross dockdistribution capability, which was ideal for the needs of Penske'sdelivery needs, according to Jack Allen, with B.A. Karbank & Co.
Completed more than a year ago, the building was formerly leased on a short-term basis. This month, Karbank will begin construction on twoadditional buildings in Northland Park along Missouri Highway 210.
