The development, known as West Airport Center, stands at 125 E. Baker St. It totals 60,000 sf and is 90% occupied.
The purchase raises LA-based Asset Management's total Southland acquisitions this year to more than $30 million, the company says. The Newport Beach office of NAI Capital Commercial represented both Asset Management and the seller, a local private partnership known as West Airport Center LP.
