Spaulding & Slye senior VP Curtis P. Oberg, who represented the tenant along with colleague Daniel E. Cordeau, says his client selected the property due to a centralized location, ample parking and solid visibility from the Middlesex Turnpike. The owner, Boston Capital Institutional Advisors, plan to make substantial improvements to the facility, Oberg adds. BCIA, which bought the property in 1999 for $10.8 million, was represented by Meredith & Grew.
