Steve Mosborg Named VP at Park Midwest

ST. LOUIS PARK, MN-Former Grow Biz executive will help develop new business, smooth out merger between Park Commercial and Midwest Management.

ST LOUIS PARK, MN-Former retail executive Steven Mosborg has been hiredby Park Midwest Commercial Real Estate as vicepresident of corporate services.Mosborg said he will spend about half of his timedeveloping new clients, and the other half providingmanagement and marketing expertise for Park Midwest’sproperty management, leasing and developmentbusinesses.

“I will help develop the tools and marketing to helpthem develop their core competencies,” says Mosborg.Park Midwest was formed late last year through themerger of Park Commercial, based in Edina, MN, andMidwest Management Services, based in Golden Valley,MN. Park brought its brokerage expertise, whileMidwest Management brought its management anddevelopment skills.
