The building, developed by Trammell Crow Company, has been under construction since January 1999. It features 16 floors of office space owned by Trammell, as well as four floors of space owned by the Seattle Convention Center. The remaining two floors will serve as a two-story mechanical space.
Shelley Gill, leasing manager for Trammell Crow, says the building's office space is almost completely leased. She says that her company is currently in negotiations with two separate tenants for 40,000 sf of the remaining 45,000 sf available-- which she hopes to close on prior to the building's opening date. Space in the building is being leased at $42 sf gross.
