The Harriman Wal-Mart Super Center will open Oct. 10. The facility totals approximately 204,000 sf of space and is situated nearby a 117,000-sf Home Depot that opened in July. The complex, owned by RD Management Corp. of New York City, is situated less than a mile from the highly successful Woodbury Common Factory Outlet and nearby Routes 17, 32 and the New York State Thruway in Orange County.

The new outlet will feature a full line of discount clothing, electronics and other household items as well as a full-scale grocery store and pharmacy.

Other development that is planned at the property includes a 60,000-sf multiplex cinema, 30 single-family houses and approximately 200 townhomes.
