They include software developer Adobe Systems' existing Park Avenue headquarters, on which the company is planning a new 17-story tower, and a site near the San Jose McEnery Convention Center upon which Sobrato Development Corp. also is planning a 17-story office tower.
Other sites for both approved projects and projects under consideration include: a San Jose Water Co.-owned piece of land at West San Fernando Street and Delmas Avenue; a site at the southeast corner of Plaza de Cesar Chavez, which can hold a 400,000-sf building; a 400,000-sf building on Park Avenue, proposed by Divco West Group; a 400,000-sf complex at First Street and San Fernando, planned by development company Kimball Small and Boston Properties' planned three 18-story towers near the convention center.
