Dale Koger will head the Sports Group, based in Arlington, VA, providing sales assistance, pre-construction services and operational oversight on major sports projects. He had been a vice president of Clark Sports, a division of Clark Construction Group.
Kenneth J. Leach now leads the Pharmaceutical Group, located in Somerset, NJ where he will be responsible for business development and execution of Turner's work for the pharmaceutical industry on a nationwide basis. Until recently, he was senior vp at Sordoni Skanska Construction Co.
Jayne M. O'Donnell, formerly a regional director of business development and senior project manager at Parsons Brinckerhoff, is now leading the Aviation Group, located in Arlington, VA. The unit provides project management, pre-construction planning, and construction oversight for airports and airline companies.
