Craig Harrison of Harrison Resource Corp. and Donald Culver of Boulder Valley Farms are the new owners of the 147,000-sf Superior Pointe. The properties are situated at US 36 and McCaslin Drive, a high-traffic and high-visibility location.
Harrison and Culver are the lead investors on the purchase, with Boulder Valley Farms retaining one of the buildings as a 1031 tax-deferred exchange. Harrison and Culver have bought the second building as an outright acquisition. State Farm Insurance Co. has funded the purchase from principals of the Neenan Co. in Ft. Collins.
The fully leased Superior Pointe is occupied by Leastec, Orus Information Services, Inc., EMC, VisionTek, Xleration, Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems, Message Media and OneRealm. "As owners, we believe we have a good quality mix of tenants that find this location to be very attractive for business and their employee base," says Harrison.
