Bake Orchard to Build Flex/Office on Newly Acquired Lake Forest Lot

ORANGE COUNTY-Partnership plans to build three new office buildings on south Orange County industrial lot.

Plans for the property include building three free-standing, flex/office buildings on three lots of land. The plan for the office properties includes four-to-one parking ratios.

Brokers from Voit Commercial's Anaheim Metro and Irvine offices represented both parties in the transaction. Once construction is completed, Voit Commercial will be in charge of leasing the property.
