Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Quadrangle represented the developers. The building's completion is expected in January 2002.
The building, designed by the Washington, DC architectural firm of Hartman Cox Architects (Market Square, Franklin Tower) will consist of 12 stories above grade and two and a half levels of parking below grade. The first floor of the building will feature approximately 8,200 square feet of high-profile retail space.
