RREEF Buys Big DuPage Industrial Portfolio From J.P Morgan

CHICAGO- Pension fund real estate manager buys 852,000-sf DuPage Industrial Portfolio from J.P Morgan.

The DuPage Industrial Portfolio contains 13 buildings totaling 825,092-sf. Seven buildings are located in Itasca, two are located in Addison and four buildings are located in St. Charles Business Park just west of the DuPage County Airport.

RREEF, based here, manages $11.4 billion worth of real estate on behalf of pension fund clients nationwide.
