The facility also will be used for research and development, sales, training and assembly.The corporation is moving from the Jupiter/190 Business Park at 2901 Summit Ave. The single-story building has been developed by Atlanta-based Industrial Developments International. Additional major tenants on the campus include Alcatel USA, Navini Networks and Gurwich Bristow.

Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. represented Santera Systems Inc. in the lease transaction. Santera is a pioneer of SuperClass switching products for the global communications market. The SuperClass category is a new dimension of integrated voice and data switching that will not only accelerate the industry's migration from circuit to packet based networks, but also accommodate the yet unknown technological advancements of the future.
