Taubman Centers plans to open its 1.4 million-sf Dolphin Mall in West Dade March 1 as a joint venture with Swerdlow Real Estate. Seven months later, the Michigan-based REIT will debut the 1.3 million-sf Mall at Wellington Green, Palm Beach County, Oct. 5.
Anchoring the Mall at Wellington Green at Forest Hill Boulevard and U.S. 441 are Nordstrom, Lord & Taylor, Dillard's, J.C. Penney and Burdine's.
Planning to open their doors this year in time for the Christmas sales season and the arrival of winter residents from the north are the Palladium Company's joint-ventured 600,000-sf CityPlace in the West Palm Beach CBD and Simon Property Group's' 293,000-sf Nordstrom-anchored addition to Town Center at Boca Raton.
