ATLANTA-The locally-based firm's announcement last week that it will move its headquarters to the New York/New Jersey area zaps leasing negotiations for a new headquarters.

The company would have been an anchor tenant for the 27-story office tower Regent plans to develop as part of a mixed-use development and expansion of the existing Tower Place complex in Buckhead.

Arnold is an Atlanta resident. His exit transfers the decision-making to co-CEO Martin Wygod. Wygod was head of two companies in New Jersey and became co-CEO when WebMD bought the pair of firms.
