The largest deals were with: Ambrosino Research, Inc., which renewed and expanded its lease at 3 Gannett Dr. with a new 10,677 sf deal; H. Heller & Co., a tenant at 707 Westchester Ave., renewed its lease of 6,924 sf; R.P. O'Brien Co., renewed its lease of 6,797 sf at 1025 Westchester Ave. In other deals: Mark Stevens & Co. expanded its presence in the portfolio with a new lease of 6,774 sf at 2700 Westchester Ave., and the Westchester County Association renewed its lease of 6,742 sf at 707 Westchester Ave.

Rounding out the transactions, EastRidge welcomed Henningson Foods Inc. back to the EastRidge portfolio. The firm was a tenant up until May 1996 and recently took a new lease at 2700 Westchester Ave., for 6,731 sf. Insignia/ESG represented the tenant in the transaction. Mistic Brands Inc. expanded its lease with an additional commitment of 3,031 sf at 709 Westchester Ave. McCarthy O'Callaghan Co., represented the tenant. Cloud 9 Consulting, Inc. renewed its lease of 1,906 sf at 106 Corporate Park Dr. In another renewal, Shapiro, Velazquez, Cicero & Cicero renewed its lease of 1,858 sf at 701 Westchester Ave.

Also, EastRidge recently welcomed Orient Corp. to the portfolio with its new lease of 1,016 sf at 110 Corporate Park Drive. Redac Realty, Inc. represented the tenant.
