Paine Webber and Swiss Re, a re-insurer, will lease a combined 37,000 sf in Phase II of the Gainey Center, a Class A office project being developed at the southeast corner of Scottsdale Road and Gainey Suites Drive within Gainey Village, a mixed-use development.

Paine Webber, a full-service securities firm, will lease 30,000 sf for its sixth and largest Arizona branch location. Swiss Re will lease 7,000 sf.

"The Gainey Ranch Area is becoming a magnet for companies looking for quality space and a thriving business market," says Jeff Roberts, director of real estate development for Opus West, which is developing Gainey Village. The development is a 55-acre mixed-use project with close proximity to some of Scottsdale's best resorts, restaurants and shops.

The two tenants are scheduled to move into the space by year-end.
