Ronnisch was awarded the contract to complete both the site and constructionwork. The project will include a 120,000-sf store, a 16,000 sf garden center, and an 1,800-sf Tool Rental Center. The ToolRental Center is a new feature for Home Depot.
The new site is expected to be completed by June 2001, and marks the 13thproject that Home Depot has awarded Ronnisch since 1999.Ronnisch, of Southfield, offers a full range of general contracting,construction management, and design/build services.
