Leases Signed for Space at Scripps Corporate Plaza Totals $2.9 Mil Plus

SAN DIEGO-A total of 10 leases, worth a combined $2.9 million, have been signed in the 243,000-sf Scripps Corporate Plaza office park in the Scripps Ranch area. New tenants, which include Altera Corp., Learnsoft Consulting, Netgear Inc., AMSEC, and Computer Access Technology, are taking 23,173 sf in the three-building office plaza on Treena Street. Adjacent to Interstate 15, the project features freeway visibility, a campus setting with a covered parking structure, onsite management/ownership, and a deli café.

The project can accommodate tenants with space requirements ranging from 900 sf to approximately 15,000 sf. Bret Gossett, Scott Kincaid, and Melissa Harris of CB Richard Ellis’ San Diego Central office represented the owner, Brown Colarusso LeBeau Inc. BrownColarusso also serves as property manager for Scripps Corporate Plaza.
