GHP officials note that the mortgage bears an interest rate of 8.26% and an amortization schedule of 30 years. GHP, which is based here, purchased the West Red Oak Lane buildings from the Archon Group of Washington, DC.

The two White Plains class A properties are 95% occupied. The complex is home to the corporate headquarters of ITT Industries as well as the divisional operations of Verizon and Houlihan Parnes Realtors, LLC.

In less than one year since its formation, GHP has purchased two office/flex buildings in Northern New Jersey, two office/flex properties in Rockland County, NY and one building in Westport, CT. The company now owns three buildings in Westchester County.
