The new leases total more than $10 million, according to brokers from Colliers Seeley, which is representing owner Golden Springs Development Co. The new tenants include Performance Team Freight Systems, which was represented in its negotiations by the local office of CB Richard Ellis.

The other two new tenants,United Parcel Service's Sonic Air Inc. division and FAMSA, a distributor of Mexican food, were represented by Staubach Co.

The 265-acre, master-planned project now has nearly 1.9 million sf space leased up. About 178,000 more space is available in a new building, and a 306,000-sf cross-dock facility is nearing completion and will be available next month, a Colliers Seeley broker says.
