Lumos Technologies, which is already based in Santa Monica, subleased the space for a six-year term from Interpacket Networks Inc. MGM Plaza, widely considered one of the Westside's finest developments, stands at 2401 Colorado Ave. and was purchased in March by NY-based Tishman Speyer Properties for more than $350 million.
Lumos Technologies was represented by Kaufman Group. CRESA Partners represented Interpacket Networks Inc.
