Advent Networks Takes 23,304 SF at Great Hills Plaza

AUSTIN-Northwest Austin has lured another high-tech company into its midst, with Advent Networks Inc. signing for 23,304 sf of office space at the Great Hills Plaza.

“Advent’s rapid growth provided a need for more space, which could be occupied very quickly,” says Chris Perry of the Trammell Crow Co., who represented the plaza’s newest tenant. He says the available space will need minimal retrofitting to be tailored to Advent’s requirements. “Advent also liked the Northwest submarket because they believed it was conducive to recruiting new and talented employees in today’s competitive labor market,” adds Perry.
