Alstyle manufactures apparel for known brand names, such as Nike, Guess, Converse and Old Navy, as well as its own private labels. With this lease, the firm will consolidate employees from six other facilities into the one structure.
Landlord, Inland Empire Realty, a division of Sares-Regis Group, was represented by A.P. Shokouhi. The lessee was represented by CB Richard Ellis' Anaheim office.
