Internet Company Preparing New Software Tool for the Commercial Real Estate market

SEATTLE-UReal next week will begin marketing a collaborative software tool that enables brokers to show properties to clients on-ine in an interactive, real-time environment. The service, currently in beta-test mode, will be available in December.

SEATTLE–Local Internet startup UReal is in beta-test mode with software that enables brokers to show properties to clients on-line in an interactive, real-time environment.

Several large commercial realtors and brokers in the Seattle area are currently testing the company’s “LiveTour” software, which is scheduled for a Dec. 1 release after fine-tuning.

To use the software, real estate agents compile all of the property data, including an unlimited number of digital images, and upload the files to the LiveTour website’s database. Clients can then log on to the site and be walked through available properties by the agent, thanks to voice-over IP capabilities, can answer questions in real time as they arise.
