The company, which is being called a catalyst for the creation of next-generation networks, has signed for 17,000 sf. LayerOne had been operating its Dallas Nexus Exchange at three locations, but will use the space to consolidate its staff under one roof.
Nexus Exchanges also are operational in Chicago and Miami and another 12 sites are under construction. Nexus Exchanges offers a standardization of B2B interconnections among markets.
