The locally-owned company says it will close two of its three theaters in order to offer 10 screens at the former UA property. To that end, Camera is asking the city for a $1.25 million loan to assist in a $1.75 million remodel of the facility. The plan is to open the theater within the next year and a half, and show mostly independent films.
