Broadview Networks, a telecommunications company, has signed for 18,646 sf in Building I, at 3928 Pender Dr. Equus represented Broadview.Trammell Crow is developing, leasing and managing the speculative, four-building complex for a joint venture of Crow Holdings and Westbrook Partners. The park will have 171,000 sf of office space when completed later this month.
Three buildings are now fully leased and the fourth is under negotiation for a full-building user.
