Investment Opportunities Inc., headed by Jeff Flores, purchased the Northview Estate apartments, a 64-unit complex at 16802 N. 26th St. The sale price translates into $32,265 per unit.
Vancouver B.C., a Canada-based JGN LLC headed by Jack Gechman, was the seller. JGN had owned the property for six years.
The Phoenix office of Marcus & Millichap represented both parties in the transaction.
