Royal Oak Hotel/Condo Project is a Go

ROYAL OAK, MI-A $30-million site plan for the Chrysos Development project has been approved by the Planning Commission. Marketing for the project will start soon.

ROYAL OAK, MI-A $30-million combined hotel and condominium project was approved recently by the Royal Oak Planning Commission. The 148,000 sf, 12 story building will feature a boutique hotel on the first five floors, and 30 condominiums on the upper floors, priced at $350,000 to $2 million apiece.

With the site approval, Chrysos Development and Management Co. of Royal Oak can now start marketing and taking reservations on half of the condos, says president Jack Hanna. “After we get 16 reservations, the design should be completed and we canstart construction,” Hanna says.
