Albertson's Relocating Regional Offices to Fullerton Complex

ORANGE COUNTY, CA--Albertson's Inc. has purchased a 131,000-sf office building in Fullerton. The transaction is valued at $10.5 million.

The Boise, Idaho-based grocery chain is slated to occupy the building, located at 1421 Manhattan Ave., in the first quarter of 2001. The company will relocate its regional offices, which are currently located in Buena Park, to the new the facility.

Brokers from Grubb & Ellis' Newport Beach officerepresented Albertson's in the transaction. Seller Hewlett-Packard Company of Palo Alto, CA was represented by brokers from CB Richard Ellis' Anaheim and Ontario offices.
