Under the terms of the lease agreement, A&M will pay 32 cents per sf, according to CB Richard Ellis, which represented the company. The property will be used as a distribution center. A&M handles liquor shipments and customs-bonded freight cargo, among other items, and also offers packaging services and local delivery.

A&M employs about 250 people and operates nine separate facilities with more than 2 million sf of space in Auburn, Renton, Kent and Portland, OR. Its customers include Costco, Nintendo, Microsoft, Paccar, Weyerhaeuser, Yamaha and Lowes.
