American Express Financial Advisors, which is headquartered in Minneapolis, is the financial services arm of American Express. W&M Properties represented the building ownership in the new deal, Williams Real Estate of New York City represented American Express Financial Advisors. W&M Construction will build out the additional second floor space for the tenant.
