American Express Financial Advisors Expands Presence in Westchester

HARRISON, NY-W&M Properties, the marketing and managing agent for 500 Mamaroneck Ave., announces that American Express Financial Advisors has signed a lease for an additional 3,737 sf of space at the building. The deal now brings the firm’s occupancy at the Malkin-family-owned building to 23,756 sf. Since 1990, American Express has extended its lease or expanded a total of five times to accommodate its growing staff. The property is a five-story, 285,000-square-foot multi-tenant office building that is in the midst of a $12 million capital improvement program.
