Reinsurance Firm to Relocate from NYC to Greenwich

GREENWICH, CT-A publicly traded reinsurance company, Partner Reinsurance Co. of the U.S., also known as PartnerRe US, has signed a lease for 75,000 sf of space at One Greenwich Plaza, according to Albert B. Ashforth Inc., which represented the building ownership in the transaction. The company, a subsidiary of Partner Reinsurance Ltd. of Bermuda, will relocate approximately 100 employees to its new corporate headquarters at beginning in November. The Greenwich Plaza complex consists of two buildings (One and Two Greenwich Plaza), which total 316,000 sf of space and is owned by Greenwich Plaza LLC.
